Another Job Rant

Gettin REAL fuckin tired of my job getting on my nerves! They KEEP ON bugging me about shit that I really have no control over. I try to tell them what the problemreally is, but they dismiss it and insist that it something that I'm doing wrong. At this point, I just want them to get off my fuckin back about it. It's starting to really piss me off! As far as I can tell, nothing is wrong. Not to mention they're over here bitchin about some shit that's going away in about 3 months anyway. So to whomever is bitching and moaning FUCKIN SUCK IT UP AND JUST DEAL WITH IT! GODDAMN!

Didn't seem like there was a problem up until very recently. Like February recently. We've been doing the same shit since at least November. And then Februarywe switch thing up and now all of a sudden we have a fuckin problem now!

A part of me thinks they've seen sittin on it for a few months and only wanna just now say some shit. Cause its been crickets up until February. Make it make sense!

I hate it when people do that! Sit there and wait and let shit fester and boil before actually saying/doing something about it. We gettin too grown to be still doin that shit! As a matter of fact, the ones acting like this are people waayyyy older than me 🥴

Ooooo this is that shit that gets on my nerves! It's cowardly behavior honestly. But that seems to be on brand at my job. Nobody can ever say anything directly to your face, it always has to be down and around. I'm fuckin sick of that shit! Either say it to my face, or SHUT THE FUCK UP! it's that simple!

I've never worked with so many bitch-ass people in my life! At least in the restaurant industry people have the balls to tell it to your face. Aint nobody got time for this fake shit, we got jobs to do!

So yeah, that's what's currently grinding my gears right now. I'd love to unleash this on HR, but we aint got no HR🙃. We got a chatbot 😒. Mind as well be talking to ChatGPT🤣

I also still don't have internet at home (it's turning into a whole ass ordeal). And I'm pretty peeved about that too! Anger and agitation has been the name of the game since last Monday. #OverIt
